Choose between precision microneedling for texture and refinement, or RF microneedling for structural transformation. Both rebuild skin from within through your body's own regenerative response.
"Microneedling doesn't add anything artificial to the skin — it signals the body to do what it already knows how to do. We just make the signal louder."
Collagen induction plumps the dermis from within, softening surface lines progressively over multiple sessions.
Micro-channels break up fibrous scar tissue and stimulate fresh collagen, visibly smoothing rolling and boxcar scars.
Increased collagen production tightens the pore walls, reducing their visible diameter — especially on the nose and cheeks.
Surface irregularities are refined as the skin undergoes controlled remodelling, revealing a smoother, more uniform texture.
The micro-trauma response accelerates cellular turnover, fading superficial pigmentation and restoring radiance.
Progressive elastin and collagen rebuilding improves skin firmness and tone — particularly effective on the neck and décolleté.
Your skin is cleansed with a gentle yet thorough cleanser to remove makeup, SPF, and surface oils. A pH-balancing toner is applied to prep the skin barrier and ensure the numbing agent penetrates evenly.
A medical-grade topical anesthetic (lidocaine cream) is applied across the entire treatment area and left on for 20–30 minutes. This renders the procedure comfortable for the vast majority of clients — even those treating sensitive zones like the forehead or upper lip.
Using a medical-grade automated pen device with sterile, single-use needle cartridges, your provider creates thousands of controlled micro-channels across the skin at precisely calibrated depths (typically 0.5–2.5mm depending on the zone and concern). The handpiece glides smoothly across the skin in overlapping passes, ensuring even coverage.
Immediately post-needling, your chosen booster (hyaluronic acid serum, peptides, PRP, or PLLA Cube) is massaged into the open channels. With the skin barrier temporarily permeable, absorption is dramatically increased compared to topical application alone — this is the optimal window for active delivery.
A cooling, anti-inflammatory mask is applied to soothe redness and begin the skin's recovery process. The session closes with a barrier repair serum and broad-spectrum SPF. You'll leave with a light pink glow — similar in appearance to a mild sunburn — that resolves within 12–24 hours.
Microneedling opens a window of unparalleled skin permeability. The right booster — infused immediately after needling — reaches depths topical application alone never can. Here's how to choose the right one for your concern.
Your own blood is centrifuged to isolate platelet-rich plasma — a concentrated cocktail of growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF) that dramatically accelerates the wound-healing cascade. When infused into fresh micro-channels, PRP turbocharges collagen and elastin synthesis beyond what microneedling alone can achieve. Ideal for clients with significant acne scarring, post-surgical scars, or those seeking maximum regenerative output. Results are more dramatic but take longer to develop (8–12 weeks to peak).
Ideal for
A pharmaceutical-grade blend of biomimetic peptides — including signal peptides (stimulate collagen production), carrier peptides (deliver copper and manganese), and neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptides (relax expression lines). Peptides work at the cellular signalling level, making them ideal as a first booster or for clients who prefer a blood-free protocol. Results are subtle and cumulative — a 3-session series produces visible improvements in radiance, fine lines, and firmness with zero downtime.
Ideal for
Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) in a unique micro-cube suspension — a biostimulator that works unlike standard hyaluronic acid fillers. PLLA cubes remain in the dermis as a structural scaffold, triggering a sustained fibroblast activation response that produces new collagen over 3–6 months. The result is genuine volumetric improvement and skin thickening — not water-retention (as with HA). Particularly effective for clients who notice skin thinning, loss of firmness, or structural collagen decline. Not suitable as a standalone booster for all skin types — your provider will advise.

Avoid Retinoids 5 Days Before
Discontinue vitamin A derivatives (retinol, tretinoin, retinaldehyde) for at least 5 days prior. Active retinoids sensitise the skin and can increase post-treatment inflammation.
No Sun Exposure for 2 Weeks
Do not tan, use tanning beds, or allow sustained sun exposure in the 2 weeks before your appointment. Tanned skin has elevated melanin activity and a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) after micro-trauma.
Avoid Actives for 5 Days
Stop AHAs (glycolic, lactic), BHAs (salicylic), vitamin C serums, and benzoyl peroxide 5 days before treatment. These increase skin sensitivity.
Keep Skin Well-Hydrated
Use a gentle, hydrating moisturiser twice daily in the week leading up to your session. Well-hydrated skin responds better to microneedling and recovers faster.
Medications to Disclose
Inform your provider if you are taking blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or are on Accutane (must be off for 6 months). Active cold sores, open breakouts, or skin infections are contraindications — rebook for a clear skin day.
Arrive with Clean Skin
Come with a clean, bare face — no makeup, SPF, or serums. Products left on the skin during treatment can be driven into micro-channels, causing reactions.
