The Bodysuit
You'll be given a lightweight, stretchy full-body suit to wear — a signature part of the iCoone® experience. It's hygienic (the suction handpieces glide over fabric, not bare skin), and it allows even, seamless coverage across every body zone. Reusable suits are available, or you can purchase your own for ongoing treatments.
Consultation & Mapping
Your therapist will discuss your goals and identify focus areas — whether that's the abdomen, inner thighs, flanks, arms, or legs. The session begins with a full-body pass to warm the tissue, stimulate circulation, and prepare the lymphatic pathways before deeper work begins.
The Roboderm® Handpieces
Two specialised handpieces — the Robotwins and the Robosolo — glide rhythmically across the body. Each contains motorised microstimulators that rotate in multiple directions simultaneously, creating up to 21,600 microstimulations per minute. Think of it as the inverse of a massage: gentle upward suction rather than downward pressure — deeply effective yet completely comfortable.
Targeted Deep Work
Your therapist then focuses on priority areas using variable suction intensity and rhythm — slower and more methodical on arms and feet; continuous and firmer over the abdomen; fast and rhythmic on the thighs. How MMAS Works

Inspired by plastic surgeon Dr Jean-Claude Guimberteau's revolutionary discovery — that skin is not a stack of flat layers, but a 3D living network of microvacuoles — iCoone® was engineered to directly stimulate this connective tissue architecture.
The micro-perforated rollers create a controlled negative pressure that lifts the microvacuoles rather than compressing them. This triggers mechanotransduction — a biochemical signal that instructs cells to shrink fat naturally (lipolysis), reactivate collagen and elastin production, and flush stagnant lymphatic fluid.
Because stimulation occurs in three zones at once — the two independent rollers plus the central suction chamber — iCoone® treats triple the surface area of any other mechanical device, penetrating deeper and more uniformly than any hand technique.
