Advanced regenerative treatments delivered directly into the scalp to reactivate dormant follicles, reduce shedding, and restore visible hair density — without surgery or downtime.
Book a ConsultationHair loss is complex — influenced by genetics, hormones, inflammation, and scalp health. Our hair restoration protocols address the biological root cause by delivering regenerative agents directly to the follicle level using the U225 mesogun: a precision injection device that ensures consistent, comfortable delivery across the entire thinning zone.
Rather than a one-size approach, we offer three distinct regenerative options — PRP, peptide cocktails, and exosomes — each with its own mechanism, evidence base, and ideal candidate profile. These can be used individually or combined into a bespoke protocol tailored to your hair loss type and goals.

Three regenerative pathways — each with a distinct mechanism and ideal use case. We help you choose the right one, or the right combination.
Platelet-Rich Plasma
A small blood sample is drawn from your arm, centrifuged to concentrate the growth factor-rich plasma, and injected directly into the scalp. PRP is the most clinically studied autologous (from your own body) hair restoration method. The concentrated platelets release growth factors — PDGF, VEGF, EGF — that stimulate dormant follicles, extend the hair growth cycle, and increase blood supply to the scalp.
Best For
Clients who prefer a fully natural, biological approach. Strong clinical evidence. Ideal for androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss) and early-stage thinning.
Sessions
3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, then quarterly maintenance.
Longevity
Results build over 3–4 months. Maintenance every 4–6 months.
Growth Factor Serums
A pharmaceutical-grade blend of bioactive peptides — including hair-specific growth factors, amino acids, and scalp-conditioning agents — is delivered directly into the scalp via the mesogun (U225). Peptide cocktails are formulated to mimic the signalling molecules that regulate follicle health, stimulating growth without requiring a blood draw. A strong stand-alone treatment and an excellent complement to PRP.
Best For
Clients who prefer not to have a blood draw, those looking for a cost-effective maintenance protocol, or anyone combining treatments to amplify results.
Sessions
4–6 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart for induction, then monthly.
Longevity
Results visible from 6–8 weeks. Monthly or bi-monthly maintenance.
Next-Generation Regenerative
Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles derived from stem cells, loaded with regenerative signalling molecules — growth factors, mRNA, and microRNA — that communicate directly with hair follicle cells to reactivate their growth programming. Exosome therapy represents the most advanced frontier in non-surgical hair restoration, with emerging research showing superior results to PRP in follicular stimulation, inflammation reduction, and scalp health.
Best For
Clients seeking the most cutting-edge option with the highest biological potency. Particularly effective for more advanced thinning, post-partum hair loss, and scalp inflammation (alopecia areata).
Sessions
2–3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Annual or biannual maintenance.
Longevity
Significant results from a single series. Long-lasting effect — up to 12 months before top-up.
All three options produce meaningful results — the right choice depends on your biology, lifestyle, and goals.
| PRP | Peptides | Exosomes | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Origin | Your own blood (autologous) | Synthetic bioactive compounds | Stem cell-derived vesicles |
| Mechanism | Growth factor release from platelets | Direct follicular signalling | Cellular reprogramming via mRNA |

Not sure which to choose? During your consultation, we assess your hair loss pattern, scalp health, and treatment history to recommend the most effective protocol — or a combination approach. Many clients achieve superior results by combining treatments across a series.
Your scalp health, hair loss pattern, and medical history are assessed. We evaluate density, miniaturisation of follicles, and any underlying scalp conditions. Together we select the most appropriate treatment — or combination — for your hair loss type and goals.
The scalp is cleansed and a topical numbing cream is applied and left for 20–30 minutes. This ensures the micro-injections are comfortable throughout the session.
For PRP treatments, 15–20 ml of blood is drawn from the arm and placed in the centrifuge for 8–10 minutes to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma layer. The prepared PRP is then loaded into the mesogun syringe.
Using the U225 mesogun — a precision injection device — the chosen solution (PRP, peptide cocktail, or exosomes) is delivered in systematic, evenly spaced micro-deposits across the entire thinning zone. The mesogun ensures consistent depth and volume with every injection, maximising coverage and minimising trauma.
A soothing scalp serum or growth factor mask is applied and massaged in. Final instructions are given and a personalised follow-up schedule is confirmed.
Hair restoration is a gradual process — follicular regeneration takes time. Understanding the timeline prevents early discouragement and sets realistic expectations.
Reduced shedding is often the first sign. The scalp may feel slightly tender for 24–48 hours. No visible growth yet — this phase is about follicular reactivation beneath the surface.
Fine, baby hairs (vellus hair) begin to emerge in previously thin areas. Existing hair may appear thicker and more vigorous. Most noticeable first in the hairline and temples.
Visible improvement in density. Terminal hairs are now growing in previously dormant follicles. Most clients notice a meaningful difference in volume and scalp coverage at this stage.
Continued thickening and filling. Hair quality — diameter, strength, texture — improves significantly. At this stage, results from a full treatment series are fully established.
Wash your hair the morning of your appointment with a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo. Arrive with a clean, dry scalp — no dry shampoo, styling products, or oils.
Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5–7 days before your session. This is particularly important for PRP to ensure optimal platelet concentration.
Stay well-hydrated for 24–48 hours before treatment — especially for PRP, as good hydration makes blood draw easier and plasma volume higher.
Eat a light, protein-rich meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. Avoid arriving on an empty stomach.
Avoid alcohol for 48 hours prior to treatment.
Discontinue any scalp medications or topical treatments (e.g. minoxidil) for 24 hours before — unless otherwise advised.
Do not wash, touch, or apply anything to the scalp for at least 6 hours post-treatment. Allow the micro-deposits to absorb undisturbed.
Avoid intense physical exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming. Sweat and heat can irritate the scalp and reduce treatment efficacy. Sleep with your hair loose — no tight ties or compression.
Wash gently with a mild, sulphate-free shampoo only. No vigorous scrubbing. Avoid direct sun exposure on the scalp. Some tenderness, redness, or small bumps at injection sites are completely normal and resolve within 1–3 days.
Do not resume topical minoxidil or other active scalp treatments until 5–7 days post-session. Avoid harsh chemical treatments (colour, bleach, relaxers) for at least 2 weeks.
Attend follow-up sessions as scheduled — consistency is the single biggest predictor of results. Between sessions, maintain scalp hygiene, avoid tight hairstyles, and consider a targeted hair supplement protocol if recommended.
