Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers
The gold standard. Reversible, naturally occurring, and biodegradable. Brands include Juvéderm, Restylane, Stylage, and Belotero. Last 6–12 months.
Stylage®
A premium French HA filler with CPM (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix) technology for exceptional durability and natural results. Smooth texture, excellent for lips and fine lines. Lasts 9–12 months.
Radiesse®
Calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres that provide immediate volume plus delayed collagen stimulation. Lasts 12–18 months.
Sculptra®
Poly-L-lactic acid that stimulates collagen production gradually over 4–6 weeks. Lasts 24–36 months. No immediate filler effect.
Biofiller (Plasma Gel)
Made from your own blood plasma — 100% natural with zero allergy risk. Lasts 3–6 months.

The Procedure, Step by Step
Consultation & Anatomy Review
Your injector assesses facial symmetry, volume loss patterns, and proportions. Together you'll design a plan that enhances your unique features.
Skin Cleansing
The face is thoroughly cleansed with a medical-grade cleanser and an antiseptic prep is applied.
Topical Numbing
A topical anesthetic (numbing cream) is applied and left for 10–15 minutes. Most HA fillers also contain lidocaine for comfort during injection.
Strategic Injections
Using precise injection techniques (linear threading, fanning, depot injection), filler is placed at the optimal depth and plane for each area.
Moulding & Assessment
Your injector gently moulds the filler to ensure smooth, natural contours. You'll review the results together in the mirror.
Cooling & Protection
Ice is applied to minimise swelling. You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions and follow-up appointment scheduling.
How to Prepare
Avoid Blood Thinners
Stop aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, and fish oil for 1 week prior to reduce bruising risk.
Limit Alcohol
Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before treatment — it increases bruising and swelling.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Hydrated skin tolerates injections better.
Clean Face
Arrive with a clean, make-up-free face. Do not apply serums or moisturisers on the morning of treatment.
Disclose Everything
Inform your injector of medications, supplements, allergies, and any previous filler treatments.
After Your Treatment
First 24 Hours
- Avoid touching or massaging treated areas
- Apply ice on and off (15 min on, 15 min off) to reduce swelling
- Sleep elevated on 2–3 pillows to minimise facial swelling
- Avoid alcohol and NSAIDs
- No intense exercise or heat exposure
Days 2–7
- Swelling and bruising typically resolve within 3–5 days
- Avoid other injectables or lasers for 2 weeks
- Do not have facials or intense massage for 1 week
- Continue SPF 50+ daily
- Results continue to settle — final appearance at 2 weeks
Weeks 2–4
- Schedule a complimentary follow-up at 2 weeks to assess results and fine-tune if needed
- Results are fully settled and stable
- Avoid filler "top-ups" until at least 2 weeks post-injection
- Begin planning your next maintenance appointment (typically 6–12 months depending on product)
